Ancillary Adminstration
Even if you've gone through the probate process in another state, if your loved one owned property in Florida, a separate Florida administration (Ancillary Administration) may be necessary to sell or properly vest title in his or her heirs. Summary Administration
If it has been over two years since the passing of a loved one; or, the non-exempt assets of the estate are less than $75,000, a Summary Administration may be the right choice for you.
